Bataa’s Store Affiliate Program  

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Bataa’s Store Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Enrollment
To enroll, you must complete the affiliate application form truthfully and accurately.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You will promote Bataa’s Store products in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner.

You must not make false or misleading claims about our products.

You are responsible for ensuring your promotional materials comply with all applicable laws and advertising guidelines.

3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:

Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading links to promote.

Use Bataa’s Store’s name, logo, or branding without permission except in the official affiliate assets provided.

Bid on keywords containing “Bataa’s Store” or similar in paid ads.

Misrepresent yourself as an official representative of Bataa’s Store.

4. Commissions
Commission rates will be clearly stated in your affiliate dashboard.

Commissions are earned when a referred customer makes a qualifying purchase using your unique affiliate link.

Commissions are not paid for your own purchases, cancelled orders, or refunded sales.

5. Payments
Payments will be made via PayPal once you reach the minimum payout threshold of NZ$50.

Payments are issued on the 15th of each month after a 30-day hold period to account for refunds or chargebacks.

6. Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals. Our standard cookie duration is 30 days.

We are not responsible for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or user error.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for:

Violating these Terms & Conditions

Engaging in fraudulent activity

Damaging the reputation of Bataa’s Store

If terminated, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Changes to the Program
We may modify the Program, commission rates, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Bataa’s Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

By joining the Bataa’s Store Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
