Northshore Domestic (NZ) Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days

Standard Domestic (NZ) Shipping: Delivery within 4-7 business days.

Expedited Domestic (NZ) Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Overnight Domestic (NZ) Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.

Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.

Express International Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free Northshore, New Zealand Domestic shipping. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Locations

Domestic: We ship to addresses within New Zealand. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International: We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that some restrictions may apply depending on the destination country.
