His mother, Dr. Oyuna Chagnaadorj, a PhD in Business, educator, and successful online entrepreneur, played a pivotal role in shaping his mindset. From a young age, Bataa watched her build digital ventures, lead workshops, and help others start their own online businesses. Originally enrolled in engineering at the University of Auckland, Bataa made the bold decision to shift to business, following his heart and his mother’s example. Today, he runs www.wolbataa.com and contributes to Parcel of Pleasure, the family’s online gift store that celebrates love, humor, and connection.

Dr. Oyuna Chagnaadorj is a Mongolian-born entrepreneur, educator, and digital business mentor based in New Zealand. After earning her PhD in Business from Massey University in 2018, she combined academic insight with real-world hustle—launching multiple online ventures and dedicating herself to helping others succeed in the digital space.

She co-founded Parcel of Pleasure, a gift shop that blends humor, love, and creativity into everyday items, and has guided aspiring entrepreneurs through her YouTube channel, Facebook community (Online Business Mongolia), and live seminars—including a landmark event at the National University of Mongolia.

Her work is driven by one core belief: anyone can build a business with the right mindset and tools.
